Off Grid Outfitters Expands and Moves

The Sydney-based dealer of both Patriot and Lifestyle camper trailers, Off Grid Outfitters has expanded its operations and moved into bigger premises. Company director Ryan Gudiksen called it “A milestone for our little business” as they moved the first trailers in during January. The new space, just around the corner from the former showroom, has more parking, street frontage, and enough space inside to have all the stock campers set up to be shown off.

Coinciding with the move, Off Grid has announced a move into vehicle fit-outs and camper and caravan modification and servicing at the old showroom. In a video posted to Instagram, Gudiksen said the arm of the business would be called Off Grid Garage. He said” For years when customers have been coming in for service work we’ve been referring the work elsewhere, but now we can do that here. It’ll cater for service, warranty and upgrades, whatever you need.”

The workshop will employ two licensed mechanics and technicians, and be able to fit high-tech electrical upgrades and custom 12V fitouts to campers and 4WDs, along with suspension upgrades and other kit to get you off grid. Gudiksen told campertrailerreview.com.au he’s really interested in helping people with their high-capacity, off-grid power needs so they can stay camped for longer.

The new showroom is at Unit 2, 2 Samantha Place, Smeaton Grange, NSW, 2567.

The workshop is at 5/141 Hartley Road, Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567.
